The Cetma Composites Lanyard is designed and manufactured using high-performance materials, selected to ensure reliability, lightness, and durability in marine environments.

The system consists of a high-strength anodized aluminum carabiner, characterized by low weight and high resistance to corrosion. The connection is secured by a 100 cm long stainless steel cable with a diameter of 2 mm. The cable has no external coating in order to prevent water entrapment between the sheath and the metal core, as well as to optimize hydrodynamic performance.

The strap is made of high-tenacity polyester, paired with a Velcro closure system resistant to both fresh and salt water. This configuration guarantees a quick-release rip system while ensuring high levels of hold under operational conditions.

To maintain performance and operational safety, rinsing with fresh water after each use is recommended, particularly after exposure to salt water. It is also necessary to carry out periodic checks on the wear and tear of the components and to replace the device in the presence of signs of deterioration, deformation, or loss of functionality.
